We purchased a truck from Billion in 2021. On 5/10/2025 we sent a text message to the salesperson from our purchase in 2021. He was working and met us at the door when we arrived (Jesse McGraw). We told Jesse what we were looking for in a truck. His awareness of what was available allowed him to waste no time and within 5 minutes we were looking at choices from 4 trucks. Jesse was very easy to communicate with, no pressure, answered all our questions. Jesse was the reason we came back to Billion. Derek in finance made the financial aspect to the transaction very easy. Derek got us the best financing option. It was truly a very pleasant and uncomplicated transaction thanks to these two great individuals!!!

Part of the oil change service was to top off under hood fluids and check air pressure in tires. While I cannot comment on the under hood fluids, the tire pressures showing in my dash were 33, 33, 35, 37 which I expect would have been leveled off at the time of service. Also did not receive a call when service was done as promised. Not really a big deal as I was not necessarily waiting for it, but the call did not happen when it was expressed it would. With that in mind, I cannot comment either on the speed of service as I do not know when it was complete.

I had a positive experience at the dealership. Jeff was a great sales man who listed to my concerns and ultimately was able to negotiate a great price for me on my new vehicle. He very quickly matched my pace throughout the sales process. Finance team was also great - they did not try to upsell me on other items that were not already part of the negotiated deal as it came time to do paperwork.

Travis helped us. We brought in our 2018 enclave that had a bulletin out to fix a problem with the fuel injector part of the engine. Was told a diagnostic would only take 2-3 hours. I messaged him and had to call. Hard to reach. When I did finally get through to him 4 hours after I dropped it, he told me that everyone was headed to lunch and could get it buttoned up when the mechanic returned if I did not want them to go any further. Multiple times, service was poor and felt dismissed. Ended up having my husband take over as my afternoon was busy. My husband also commented on feeling dismissed and poorly served. My shuttle service and driver was great!

I utilize express service for the most part. The last few times I've been down for an oil change, I really noticed that the flow of traffic moves a lot faster than it has in the past. I did share my observation with the gentleman that checked me in and he appreciated the feedback. Whatever happened to remedy that situation - kudos because the express service was not real express in the past. Thank you!

Outstanding Service

Forgot to reset oil light

Brought my car in for oil change and alerted service to one tire with low pressure. Told them I had a long car trip ahead of me. When I left the tire pressure was still low on one tire. I went back. They said they had checked it and filled it. Said it would take time for the car to register new tire pressure. Baloney. One day later still low tire pressure. Went back and waited a long time before they admitted there was a nail. I told them right up front I had a 14 hr car ride ahead of me and needed to find out what was wrong with the tire. They failed to actually look at it and left me at risk of a flat tire on a long road trip. I am Very frustrated after spending so much on a car at your business to get such poor service.

Travis and the Black Team for Buick have taken great care of us through 3 vehicles including my current 2015 Buick Enclave. He went back in the service records and was able to find warranty coverage for a failing tire pressure sensor so I didn't have to pay for it again.

The multipoint inspection seems to be a joke. Either it doesn't get performed, or the technicians don't actually look at anything. There was a seal leaking on the rear axle shaft that was not noted at all.

We didn't have an appointment but drove to the express line. Only had to wait about 5 minutes. Service was excellent and quick in and out!

I've tried making an appointment to get my oil changed and any other milestone maintenance items, but they always push you to use the express lane. It has been painful in the past, because there are usually a couple vehicles waiting outside, so you know you will be stuck there an hour or so. Friday was a nightmare. There were 2 cars in front of me outside and 1 inside. One of the techs came out and explained some changes, so it may take a little longer today. It was there before 10:30, I left the dealership at 12:45. Can't I just make an an appointment, drop it off in the morning and you call me when it's done? I don't care if it's 5:00. There is nothing express about the express lane.

Express lube, short wait, and service complete

Low air flow in drivers cooler seat. They found the motor to not be work!

The skid plates were poorly attached following an engine repair in April. The bolts slowly came loose over the past few months until they finally came loose while driving. Thankfully at slow speed, this could have been tragic if they fell off at interstate speeds. This is unacceptable quality control. I requested an oil change while the vehicle was there. It was not completed. This is the second time in 4 oil changes (50% of the time) that the oil change was not completed despite being requested. Now two days later I’m taking time out of my day to get an oil change rather than having it conveniently done as part of another maintenance appointment. Overall very unhappy that the vehicle was improperly reassembled after maintenance and annoyed that a simple oil change was not completed as requested.

Service Dept was able to get my 2015 GMC Sierra into the shop, diagnose the check engine light, and replace the defective EGR valve in less than 3 hours. I was back on the road with my 5th wheel the same day and returned home on time with no further issues. Great job and many thanks.

Whether is was the timely fashion, the attention to detail or just sensing the true love these guys had for there profession, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience!

While the selection is nice and price fair most of the time, the main reason we have been back is due to the salesman we have had. Jesse McGraw is hands down the main reason we come back to Billion. My experience was very disappointing. I called and left the advisor an voice mail that i would like to schedule my vehicle to have new tires plus a service on 10/20. I didn't receive a call back so on 10/21 I scheduled the appointment thru the app for 10/24 at 1:30. I listed 5 items that needed to be addressed including, tires, oil change, and interior lights that stayed on. Upon arrival on time for the appointment, I also showed the advisor an email that I had received from the vehicle with a potential problem with the starter or the battery. I was told that there was a couple ahead of me but they'd get started as quick as they could. He also told me since I hadn't specifically talked to anyone that the tires might not get done. At 2:30 the advisor asked me if I was also getting an oil change and said they should be starting soon. I was asked questions and pointed out the codes that were on the computer. At 4:20 the advisor said the battery tested bad but that they were unable to replace it that day because it was too late in the day. He also stated that i wouldn't be charged for the diagnostics done. I purchased the extended warranty when the vehicle was purchased brand new at THIS dealer. When I went to the counter to cash out, I discovered that the tires weren't replaced either with the same excuse, we didn't have time. I was also disappointed by the sales staff. I had received an email from Buick with an offer to test drive a new vehicle and receive $50 credit towards a service. When I approached a sales guy he said he would just validate the offer since I wasn't interested in purchasing. (his words - not mine).

Fabulous customer service

I have no snow tires installed new vehicle. The service advisor discussed with me which tires to buy. He put an order and called back a couple of days later. When the tires were installed, the dealership gave me a ride to and from my house. The transaction was handled well. I got the car back on the same day, and I am completely satisfied with all the service I received.

Noticed oil in my garage a couple days after getting my engine oil changed. I found that the engine oil drain plug was finger tight. Very terrible feeling that a simple task can be done carelessly. What will you do to get my business back!?

Quick and efficient

Bought my 2023 GMC from billion 4 or 5 months ago and I’ve had two instances where it has given me error codes/dashlights that made it unable or unsafe to drive. This surprises me because I was told all your vehicles go through a thorough inspection prior to sale. First service cost me 400$ for a sensor that needed replaced. 2 weeks later my breaks stop working because of a loose or burnt out wire. That cost 1200$. I’m also upset that I buy a 53000$ pickup with you guys, buy my wife’s car through you and do all my oil changes and rotations with you and when my pickup is broken down in the shop that you guys sold me you can’t even give me a loaner vehicle so I am stuck without any transportation for as long as it takes to fix my vehicle. I will no longer be using Billion.

Brian Haier, service consultant, and his team always do a good job. Unfortunately we are having an issue that they cannot fix. We ordered a new Chevrolet Tahoe Premier in 2024. We have had a number of computer problems. We had a drivers side mirror that would move on it's own and not stay in place once it was set in the driver memory. Brian and his team worked directly with the GM engineers. After a number of service visits the GM engineers decided that the Tahoe needed a new switch. As of now the mirror is working. Ever since day one of owning the Tahoe, the radio has cut out periodically and then come back on. Brian and his team again have completed every GM update possible and the Tahoe radio still cuts out for a few seconds and then comes back on. The auto stop button has to be pressed every time we drive it. The outside temperature reading is often incorrect as well. I give Brian Haier credit for working tirelessly trying to get my new Tahoe to work the way it should but I am very disappointed with this vehicle. We have been very patient as we have worked through all the issues but it seems that it's time for GM to step up and help us favorably trade for a new GM vehicle. Tom Tiedemann

Excellent service as always

It took me three weeks to get my vehicle, but that was GM‘s fault because over the week of Christmas. They had a skeleton crew and they would not get back to the mechanic because they ended up putting in a new motor in my 2026 Acadia.

Service Advisor Austin Griffith did a great job of getting me in and out in reasonable time frame and did a good job explaining the situation. Unfortunately, the problem is known to GM and they say they are working toward a solution. Based on my past experience with my 2019 Chevy Traverse which also had a known problem that GM was "working on" and which ultimately cost me a $1,000 to fix because GM never treated it as a recall, I don't trust GM to ever come up a solution to this problem with my 2024 GMC Canyon.

I had a new tire installed on my car (had low mileage on my car so only had to put one on) that had been damaged going through a car wash. A new tire was sent from the warehouse and installed within a short time.

I was told the part had no ETA but when I called GM myself they said they had the part and it wasn’t even ordered until 2-17 (a month later) and then GM shipped it out on 2-18. They said they had the part and it was never an issue to get it. Communication was very poor and rude!!

We were very impressed with the service we received and with everyone there. We got stranded on the interstate, had to be hauled into Sioux Falls at night. The next morning we were able to get our vehicle in right away and had it by noon, so we could get on the road. They were great!!!

I had a tricky intermittent door hinge issue that was especially troublesome to replicate but was also getting noticeably worse. Travis took time away from his service desk to take a look at it and identify the problem immediately for parts replacement. And the finished repair is superb.

Friendly and informative

Oil pressure runs below normal. It doesn't ding low oil pressure alert but the problem wasnt fixed. Truck still leaks oil. I paid $750 for a mechanic to pop the hood turn a wrench and push the truck out. Won't be going back. Not even to buy my next 3/4 or 1 ton pickup.

From the very first phone call with Jorden to the time I picked up my vehicle, I was treated with excellent customer service. I choose the GMC location to service my Tahoe because of this. He went above and beyond by addressing and taking care of issues I was not aware of.

Scheduled app't for 7:30 am. I brought truck in at 7:30 and was provided a ride to work. I called early afternoon same day 2 times to the numbers provided and left messages. I called a third time and was told "they are still working on it". I got a ride from a fiend to check on the truck after work about 4 pm. The truck was still parked in the lot where I left it that morning. I was told they didn't have time. Then the service manager Danny told me to call when I got to work the next morning and they would come get my truck from my work place. I called the numbers they gave me and received no answer. Finally I called the GMC main number and was transferred to a voicemail 2 times. I then called a direct number and was told that Danny was out for the next few days. I had one of my employees follow me to the dealership to pick me up after I dropped off my truck later this second morning to make sure I had a ride back to work. I called mid afternoon to check on progress and was informed of the minor issue of a bad spark plug and was promised a call when they were done. Finally, I did receive a call that it was complete and asked to be picked up. I was picked up in a timely manner and paid a hefty $389.53 for a spark plug change. I understand that Travis the service writer was quite busy as well as the techs, but the part about not having my truck picked up from work after being without it for a day with no good reason and nobody having any idea about what I was promised for getting my truck picked up was inexcusable.

I’ve been changing my oil here for a handful of years now. One thing that has consistently been an issue is overall cleanliness of my vehicle when it returns to me, specifically the driver’s seat general area. Yesterday was no exception. The tech’s hands were filthy when he came to get me. Thus, when I got in my vehicle I could tell that same gunk was all over my steering wheel. I wiped the wheel off and the rag that I used immediately went from white to black. Similar issues have happened in the past, but also included the seat, shifter, console and door panel. This isn’t acceptable.

For the most part it was fine. I stated that my vehicle was leaking “oil”. Upon inspection I was told it wasn’t leaking oil so you guys recommended an oil change which I did. I still have fluid substantially leaking out of the bottom of my vehicle. Well it appears to be coolant not oil but I have a sour taste in my mouth for paying $125 for a “comprehensive evaluation of your vehicle using advanced diagnostic equipment. This fee covers the technicians expertise, time, and professional analysis to accurately identify concerns.” So I’ve paid for an oil change I didn’t need and I’m coming back in tomorrow to fix the problem that still persists. I understand I misidentified the fluid coming out of my vehicle but that’s why i come to you. You’re the expert, I’m not

Jesse McGraw did an excellent job managing the deal, especially since all work was done remotely. On the day of the vehicle pickup, we were in the dealership for only an hour. All interaction was very professional and customer focused. Status updates and recommendations we received regularly. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Billion GMC and from Jesse. I have had 5 conversations/visits about my radio. It has been a run of excuses and bizarre requests including “recording” my radio cutting out. This last experience was so unprofessional. All this said, it is not isolated to Billion GMC. I have worse problems at Billion Jeep. Point is, I will not purchase from Billion again after 4 vehicles.

Part of the oil change service was to top off under hood fluids and check air pressure in tires. While I cannot comment on the under hood fluids, the tire pressures showing in my dash were 33, 33, 35, 37 which I expect would have been leveled off at the time of service. Also did not receive a call when service was done as promised. Not really a big deal as I was not necessarily waiting for it, but the call did not happen when it was expressed it would. With that in mind, I cannot comment either on the speed of service as I do not know when it was complete.
